Jen has a wealth of experience in tourism and hospitality. From tour guiding and hosting deluxe tour experiences to being Guest Services Manager of one of the top hotels in the world, Jen can really lay claim to a wealth of experience in customer service.
Jen accompanies certain tours as a tour host / driver.
For the Yorkshire Dales tour she arranges pick ups and drop offs each day for the different stages of the walk. She also ensures all guests are well fed with 3 meals a day.
For the Tasmanian tour, she will occasionally accompany the tour in the capacity of cook. Jen's full time job is managing a mining camp so she is not always available. Lucky you if she is.
